A real job with training where the employee can earn a wage while learning and training.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Training provided to a paid employee while they are engaged in productive work that provides essential knowledge and skills for one’s performance on the job, partially funded through us to increase your talent pool.
Incumbent Worker Training​ (IWT)
Training provided to a long-standing employee (6 months or more) for up to 12 months in a classroom and/or worksite focused on staying competitive in a disrupted industry. Referrals to state-level programs.
Employed Worker Training​ (EWT)
A reimbursement program for employers with a demonstrated need for training their current workforce on high-demand knowledge and skills. Referrals to state-level programs.
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program​
An application program designed for career-seekers facing significant barriers to employment find jobs in high-skill occupations and for employers to hire and retain high-skill employees.
